Dieser Lift gehörte zu den wichtigsten Anlagen im Sektor Champéry. Deshalb kam es trotz einer Förderleistung von 2400 pers/h und einem parallel verlaufendem Skilift regelmässig zu einer Warteschlange.
Deshalb wurde die Sommersaison 2008 von diesem Lift schon Ende Juli beendet, damit er durch eine moderne 8er Sesselbahn ersetzt werden kann.
